Processed broomcorn or broom straw has been sorted and the stalks removed from the rest of the fiber. Each strand has individually separated fibers giving a 'burst' effect that is so ideal for sweeping. Processed broomcorn is also known as hurl or outsides.

Our broomcorn is grown in Mexico. Broomcorn should be stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Well stored broomcorn can last for years.
